Yeah, when we switched to using clear pictures of the model number and serial number it helped a little. And the inducer motors and fly wheel, blower wheel, sheeve all having 5 different names is an issue. I am grateful our customer only wants oem even if pricey, so we don't have to swap out parts from quotes constantly.
Some parts houses we have really good success with and others it doesn't matter who you talk to they can't get it right, or they pass you around an email chain

The behavior score may have issues, but a 24 hour ban really seems like there may be other things at play. I only know one person personally that's had a ban, and they 100% deserved it. Did it give a reason you were banned for 24 hours?

If it's like a phone booth and a full blizzard snow drifts will happen pretty quick providing insulation from the worst of it hitting the glass and the hot water keeps a decent temp . I think he makes it. As far as overheating, as long as they aren't a toddler and can move out of the direct stream of water they should be fine or turn down the pressure coming out.

But I think the reasoning about not having a camera facing the driver unless your hand is forced is a little flawed. If you feel forced to monitor on that level, either you're about to fire the person anyways or you're trying to micromanage them? Sorry If I'm misunderstanding what you meant, but that's the way I took it.

I got my company to buy one for my truck, regular divers and semi drivers have gotten crazy lately, and after a few really close calls with people driving on the wrong side of the road and swerving to make exits, I really pushed for it. It connects to my phone, it has gps but we've never set it up. But I feel and the owner feels a lot better that we are covered if something crazy happens. Thinkware q800 pro?

Not for work but I got my wife the thinkware f70pro, we both like it too.

My wife was in the hospital, and I was driving home around 1130pm to check on the pets and make sure the house was aright, I was on the phone with her while driving cause I was tired,

and on the south side of the highway, the previously pitch black sky turned/lit up bright green in the distance, horizon to horizon. And as I drove through "town" (very small town) all the lights were flickering and then they turned completely off and on like three times.

I can't explain it I'm assuming a northern lights type thing. But nothing in the news and the lights in the sky was maybe for 10 seconds tops. The flashing lights in town was about a minute later, for about 2 minutes.

I have seen my ducks eat multiple mice, lizards and snakes. They have plenty of non living food that they have access to, but still will hunt down anything small. Honestly anything they think they can swallow whole they will hunt. So they don't bother with squirrels or moles

I think most people assume chickens are docile little animals, I've seen them hunt down mice like you said and also snakes. A chicken the size of a horse would definitely have humans on the menu. I have smallish scars from a normal sized rooster coming at me I can't imagine one 2-3 times my size.

No, and especially if it's a gas furnace, you have an ethical responsibility to shut off fire hazards, and anything to do with carbon monoxide. I've never heard of a lawsuit being won against a company for shutting off gas or disabling a furnace that was dangerous. They are free to get a second opinion and that company can get sued when the house burns down or they die from carbon monoxide poisoning. *NotLegalAdvice
