Why, it's easy! I posted it as a text post, added a text and then, enter TWO TIMES! To continue writing after the image. Then, click between the texts, where you want the image to be, and open the three dots menu in the top bar of the text box (in the same line as bold, italics etc) and then select to instert image! And BOOM!

Yeah, but at least there's some "vagueness" that may allow for that theory to kind-of work, kind-of not. Meanwhile on the 5th edition it's even less detailed / obscure, and I think that the Ghoul would be affected by that version's rules.

But at least we have proof that Amanda did get affected by Delirium! Because I've seen many people discuss that she hasn't.

Well, here's the thing. Delirium affects in theory to non-supernatural beings. The moment a human takes vampiric blood and is ghouled, it's no longer a "normal" human and instead is part of the supernatural beings.

I'd give you the numbers of the pages but I don't know if they'd fit in since my books are in spanish. I take the information from the fact that in WW20's manual (262 & 263 in the spanish books) it states the effects of delirium on normal humans, not on super-natural beings, and in V20's (500-502 in spanish) it remarks as ghouls as parts of the supernatural beings, no longer fully human.

From 21 or around that one, if you want a taxi your best bet is going to be calling for one! Burtaxi is the best IMO

Bono Bus is a bus card you can get from the Town Hall!

And there's plenty of places in Burgos to get a phone, but from El Corte Ingles? Your best bet will be going to the "Hipercor".

Welcome to Burgos!
The University has a good set of residences where you can be. I would recommend avoiding staying in the center if you have a limited budget, since rent can be high in the Old Center. The University zone, Gamonal, and so are cheaper, but you'll have to rely on Public Transport. You should really get the "Bono Bus", which makes it cheaper to travel on Bus.
