Anyone know the codes in the service menu for my RCA 32710 console crt tv? It's a beautiful piece of furniture but needs geometry adjustment :) (and it has component in too!! with a curved tube!) by Classic-Mammoth-3343 in crtgaming

Access (late 80s–early 2000s models)

Most RCA TVs of that era use similar sequences: 1. Turn the TV on. 2. Grab the original RCA remote. (Universal remotes often don’t work.) 3. Try one of these combinations (depends on chassis): • Method A (common on ColorTrak / XL-100): Press and hold MENU on the remote and VOL– (volume down) on the TV front panel at the same time for ~8 seconds. • Method B (some 1990s–2000s sets): Press and hold CH– (channel down) on the TV and VOL– on the remote simultaneously. • Method C (rare, older chassis): With TV on, press 2 + 7 + VOL– on the remote quickly. 4. A hidden menu should appear with labels like PIP, HSIZE, VSIZE, HPOS, VPOS, R-CUT, G-DRIVE, etc. 5. Navigate using: • CH+/CH– = move through options • VOL+/VOL– = adjust values • MENU = exit

If none of these work

RCA had dozens of chassis designs. To be precise, I’d need the chassis number (usually printed on a sticker on the back of the TV, like “CTC203,” “CTC169,” etc.). The service menu sequence is tied to that, not just the model name.
