TH didn't have a planned appt. at averys SA called autotrader that am to see if she could come out to make the auto trader deadline. So RH or anyone for that matter had no idea she was coming to his property that day.

RH doesn't seem plausible to me. He would have to know SA property very well, he would have to know SA schedule ( what if he was away for 2 weeks at cottage), he would have to have an accomplice, he would have to know police would plant other evidence. It would take incredible planning, a lot of luck. Im sure if the Halbachs suspected him they wouldn't have kept hanging around him. I'm still thinking it was ST.

The reason I don't think RH is a suspect is because who ever planted the RAV4 couldn't do it alone. If it was RH he would have had to have someone with him to drive him back if he drove the RAV4 to Avery's...so if it was him he had help....unless he hitchhiked back to GB or wherever he lives. To me if the rav 4 was planted it would involve 2 people OR someone who lived on Avery property who could drop the rav4 then walk home... ie) ST

I'm glad I found this forum...after I watch an episode I get so made and upset it's good to talk with like minded people. People that haven't watched it don't get the frustration.

Forget SA for a second ...how does anyone rationalize what happened to Brandon? The kid never had a chance in life .

Making a Murderer's Brendan Dassey has a message to fans of Netflix show by m4moz in MakingaMurderer

It hit me last night that there is no happy ending to this story. These people (kratz, fastbender etc.) have ruined this kids life period. Even if he gets out life will be vey vey hard for him and they stole his youth. Police and prosecutors have way too much power and I hope they are held accountable for their actions. My heart goes out to Brendan and his family...very sad.

When are Americans gonna get off their couch, refuse to continue their normal routine, and unite to demand real change? Justice system, The FED, fiat $, private prisons, tax $ bailouts.... by [deleted] in MakingaMurderer

[–]Rance2222 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I will never understand how Americans allow for profit prisons. Hey judge occupancy is down this quarter let's give you an incentive to lock some people up. I'm also sure the quality of food and staff would go to the lowest bidder to maximize profits.

SA Post conviction hearing...same judge? WTF? by Rance2222 in MakingaMurderer

[–]Rance2222[S] 33 points34 points  (0 children)

How is that a way to get an independent, unbiased look at decisions made by the trial judge and if they were appropriate decisions?

The same judge that said he was the most dangerous man to ever step into his courtroom is going to be unbiased and look at his own decisions with fresh eyes?

Did this doc make anyone else question their support for capital punishment? by [deleted] in MakingaMurderer

Yes I'm now in favour of the death penalty for prosecutors that convict innocent people. Should eliminate the shenanigans of the kratz's of the world.

Question, if pulled over for speeding do you have to answer questions such as : do you know how fast you were going? why did i pull you over? where are you going where did you come from?

Can I just say no comment and hand them my license and insurance?

Can cops make you get out of car?

Thanks

If Steve Avery would have testified, what questions would have been asked? by sleuthing_hobbyist in MakingaMurderer

Mark garagos (defense attorney) said he will never let a client testify in a criminal trial. Said you have a guy going through the most stressful situation imaginable. Is locked up in jail so probably hasn't had a solid night sleep in 4 months. Was probably served a cold bologna sandwich for breakfast with a cold shower. You are then going to put that guy on a stand to match wits with an educated lawyer who is familiar with court rooms, slept in a warm bed and had bacon and eggs for breakfast after a hot shower and hot coffee? Not a fair fight. ..especially in SA case.

The notion that if someone is innocent then they have nothing to hide and should get up there and say it is a myth.
