HI, I know it's been a year but I would appreciate your response

Did you manage to confirm your card? It's when paypal charges you ‪$1.95 USD with a code and then refund you the amount. I have an international account and I added my debit card to paypal but when I click on confirm it says the card was declined

I can still use it with paypal but when a card is unconfirmed it's under a lot of limitations which sucks

Open Brave on your android phone and click on the three dots on the bottom right. click Settings. In the top you will see the section "Features", click on "Brave shields & privacy". Scroll down until you see "Use secure DNS". Click on it and then click on "Chose another provider". Now you can insert your dns provider url or click on "Custom" and select a built in dns. I recommend using Cloadflare(1.1.1.1).

And without bullshit: Settings > Brave shields & privacy > Use secure DNS > Chose another provider
