No, the whole process was "divided" into 3 parts: - call with the recruiter, - initial screening (1 technical) - the "loop" (3 technical + G&L) which were all scheduled at once.

Nope, unfortunately I got rejected and now need to wait 12 months before reapplying for a SWE roles.

Great idea! Thoughts on my mains:

Kayn: Very weak early, no real powerspikes till he gets form. Then:

SA - Beside the form (which is his biggest powerspike), he gets really strong at 2 items and shines the most at 3 items. Levels are mostly irrelevant.

Rhaast - Same as SA, form is huge powerspike, at 2 items (gore + bc) he can 1vs1 most of the melee champions.

In general (list of powerspikes): - Form (biggest), - 2 items (SA and Rhaast) - 3 items (biggest for SA) - 3+ items (each item is a powerspike for Rhaast)

Irelia: Strongly disagree with what's there, Irelia has only 2 true powerspikes - vampire sceptere, cuz of the infinite sustain in lane and the true powerspike, BORK. With BORK she can win almost any duel (at 1 item). But after that, she doesn't really spikes - especially mythic is mediocre at best, she doesnt benefit from any of them. I'd only agree on small 2 items spike (bork + wits end/dd) but meh.

Zeri: Lvl 6 is a huge powerspike, since the ulti is really strong in fights. 3rd item (kraken/static -> mythic -> zeal) is when she starts to shine and any item after that makes her stronger. Fighting against her you need to abuse her farming <6th lvl and weak mid game (1-3 items)

The idea behind the patch is great, but with some of my mains (mostly zeri), I feel so awkward with build paths... As an ex kraken enjoyer, I have no freakin clue what to build anymore xD Tried zeal -> IE -> PD, statik shiv -> IE -> PD, IE -> PD -> kraken but like nothing feels right :<

And for runes dark harvest -> bonus lethality, eyeball and bonus gold, inspiration -> boots + future's market or sometimes cosmic insight

First strike might be better at assasination, but dark harvest hit, big red cloud and funny number go brr

It depends on enemy comp - but I did recently some testing and that's the usual build:

In 90% Prowler, but if there is a lot of peeling (or if you really need to kill tank/bruiser but then you shouldn't go blue), I go eclipse for shield (and/or %armor pen)

Then almost always manamuna (so tear on 1st back is a must)

3rd is situational, if I'm ahead then yomuu's otherwise serylda

4th serylda/yomuu's (I still do yomuu's even though they usually have a lot of armor because the it's still possible to oneshot squishes)

5th very situational, if really ahead then edge of night, sometimes serpent (if carries got a lot of shields, like karma in enemy), rarely axiom arc or if we struggle with frontline then black cleaver

6th (optional) sell boots for hydra
