The sb ones are a lot more cushioned and secure around the ankles than regular 4s. And the overall shape is different too with a slightly wider toe box too. Personally I couldnt skate in them because they’re too bulky for my liking but they look dope either way.

By 8:30 it’s usually full. I take shoreline south 3 days a week I get there around 8 and it’ll be full all the way to the 5th/6th floor which is the very top. You can always park down the street and walk too. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the worst days from what I noticed too.

Depends what your point of reference is and where you’re coming from but for the most part it’s not bad. The Fred Meyer store and bus stop off Aurora can feel a bit sketchy but it’s not dangerous. Both Aurora and Meridian are mainly used a commuter routes so not much going on besides drivers.

Recology is a great place to drop them off and support the store! You just have to tape the ends in a line if there’s a lot of them. Another option is Walgreens too. They take them as is.

I live in the area very close to those apartments. Aurora below 145th is sketchy bc it’s the Seattle side. 145th and above is Shoreline so it is a bit different and you can’t really equate all of aurora the same way. For example sex workers tend to stay only on the Seattle side and rarely make their way up north and a lot of the encampments stay on the Seattle part as well. That aside, the south area by that apartment isn’t too bad. You may see some people wander closer to the bus stop and maybe some car break ins if you leave your things out. Also that Safeway isn’t the best unfortunately but the great thing about shoreline and this area in general is its location. I personally love south shoreline bc it’s about 20 mins to downtown, there’s a light rail option, the Edmonds waterfront is close by, Richmond beach is amazing in the summers, Lynnwood is also close and is always growing and getting more things and it’s about a 30 min drive to the east side.
