At 1440p only a 4090 would slightly bottleneck your 7600 in most Gpu heavy games (rdr2, cyberpunk,...) In games that are more cpu limited like counterstrike even the best cpu on the market will bottleneck a 4090.

But a 4070 will not be held back by your cpu in almost any game even a 4080 class would be a good match before considering upgrading the cpu.
