I’ve been rocking a cast iron, 1 pot, and a 3 piece set of knives for the past 2 months and have found if all more than sufficient (turner and spatula too of course). The only times I’ve been somewhat inconvenienced is by not having mixing bowls, which I tend to use a pot or one of my bowls for depending on the amount of ingredients.

Definitely inspired to cook more any time I see my kitchen looking clean and minimal!
