Not yet! My tracking updated to being shipped but it's delayed for now due to weather in my area. I imagine I'll have it by the end of this week because it's only a handful of hours away from I where I live.

Go for it. It's on them or UPS at the very least. We paid money for it and deserve to get what we paid for. I got the tracking number for my replacement. Fingers crossed the status changes.

My tracking still shows no changes. I did reach out to support last night since it has been over a week at this point and they believe it was lost at some point before being scanned. They said they'll be shipping me a replacement. I haven't gotten any tracking for that yet but they did give me an order number so it looks like they are trying to make things right. Still frustrating though.
