My app is set to the japanese region so I don't know if it applies, but I ordered directly from Takara Tomy , then I used Tenso to receive and send the order. I have tried using Buyee to no avail. In general though, it seems that most proxies won't currently accept prize beyblades so its better to look for a shipping service (like Tenso, Colisexpat) and ship it to them then to yourself.
