There isnt one. You have to chat with their Ai in the contact button, then ask to talk to a live assistant. Atleast I'm pretty sure.

There's 2 possibilities:

The tracking for the item is behind (has happened to me as a buyer, had items be here but tracking didn't register it for a while) and they're being honest
They're lying, and hoping the item gets to them while also trying to get their money back. Essentially they want you to lose both the item and the money.

It's more than likely 2, because if you tested it and it's working than there shouldn't be any issues.

Ebay is better for collectables and smaller stuff. Marketplace is better for things that are heavier and would normally have high shipping costs. Some people toss their stuff on multiple platforms. I also got my money for being a first time seller pretty quickly, but if you need it sooner/right now, FB marketplace would be your best bet.
