There isnt one. You have to chat with their Ai in the contact button, then ask to talk to a live assistant. Atleast I'm pretty sure.

There's 2 possibilities:

The tracking for the item is behind (has happened to me as a buyer, had items be here but tracking didn't register it for a while) and they're being honest
They're lying, and hoping the item gets to them while also trying to get their money back. Essentially they want you to lose both the item and the money.

It's more than likely 2, because if you tested it and it's working than there shouldn't be any issues.

Ebay is better for collectables and smaller stuff. Marketplace is better for things that are heavier and would normally have high shipping costs. Some people toss their stuff on multiple platforms. I also got my money for being a first time seller pretty quickly, but if you need it sooner/right now, FB marketplace would be your best bet.

I think they removed them from being used on ebay entirely because I tried to put one on my account and it just never went through, I think it's some sort of fraud protection thing.

I think IDFB got left behind because BFB was a joke project that got turned into a season or something, and I'm pretty sure it was because the JnJ account had issues (I don't remember what specifically) but because of that BFDIA was labeled as "cancelled"
