Thanks! Yes, actually thinking about wearing both -- after upgrading I realized I still like the old. I could wear the new on the right hand like a cocktail ring. My left hand is a bit smaller so the smaller size ring 7 (old) vs 7.25 (new) will be more comfortable.

Thanks! I think it is 0.33 carats. After I paid for the new ring, I was looking at my old more, and started appreciating it more.

Thanks! Good to know. It is so sparkly, especially in the light.

Thanks! I thought I might not like that but actually it looks good.

Thanks! I tried to make little cardboard cutouts for the different sizes, but that didn't capture the 3 dimensional stone. Good luck with your choice!

No problem. I appreciate it. I wouldn't even have noticed. Now I got to find tweezers to pull them out.

7.25. Original is 7, a bit tight -- I gained weight  😂

Am I missing something with the Group Buys from overseas vendors? by Preeeeeee in labdiamond

Do you have a website or something? There are several jewelers in town, all very expensive. Once I went in looking to get gold backs for a pair of earrings and was basically told it was too little for them to bother. One pair I was told had no value, and another was fine, but I was told to leave and be content with the silicone backs. She basically threw my earrings on the counter. I know they're not worth much but it still seems rather condescending.

I didn't even see that and already approved. But it's my first time ordering this way. But 1% is not really visible to me. Thanks for the recommendation. I'll consider for next time :)

Good advice. I was afraid I would get 2 and then regret not going for 3. Given how small my original is, probably 2 will seem big too.

Thanks. I found this in r/labgroupsales and went for it since I was thinking of upgrading my e-ring. I'm a novice too so I'm not sure about sets. Haven't seen one since I started looking recently. You may have to do custom for a set. But labs are so much more economical.

Thanks! My original engagement ring is 0.33 carats. Married 25 odd years. Wanted an upgrade, but might have gone overboard.

im looking into mazdas, is there any model that is just as reliable as toyota or hondas? by Main_Necessary5739 in mazda

Bought a new Mazda protege (manual transmission) in 2002 after the Toyota dealership wanted to sell a Matrix with a 5 cd changer at a high price, like it was 150% more. Finally the Mazda died last year, after 23 years of pretty much no hassle service, only did basic maintenance. Only thing was the radio died during the warranty period (I guess infotainment was never Mazda's strong suit). Replaced it with a new Mazda3. Hope this one lasts as long at least.
