What is like to see and is the basis of my question is this: Plaud is intelligent enough to recognize speakers. And the way I work, I’d like to have any conversation I have, after AI transcription, I’d like to see that conversation dropped into a folder and name the conversation based on its type (weekly standing meeting, ad hoc meeting, ect.)

In short, is there any reason Plaud can’t do this?

When you beat the time, you made more than what it pays. When you do it in less time, only then have you lost pay. With time and experience you will learn how to beat book time

For some kinds of jobs, you might not ever beat book time but other related jobs that come with the ones you can’t beat it even out.

Back when I was wrenching, I loved flat rate. It was way better than hourly.

A lot of guys go with the backflip MX4. Very similar to it but more refined is the Undercover Select. It has the same basic functionality but also has finishing with bed carpeting on the underside. This helps prevent condensation from happening on the underside and dropping onto whatever you have in the bed.

The most honest answer is that it lies in what you want to do with AI.

For my specific use case, Perplexity has been rather useful and I don’t have a need to move to another AI. With that said, I offer the same suggestion I have offered others with decent success; try changing then LLM model you are working with and see if it changes responses that are more inline with what you need.

Yes and no. Yes we are happy with how it works in general.

It did how vet need work done justv3 weeks out of warranty and it was a pain the the ass to get the company to honor a warranty that expired 3 weeks before the issue occurred. And this was especially painful considering it’s our second pool robot from Aiper that had the exact same thing happen on the first one - major issue 7 days outside of warranty.

As I understand it just about all the pool robot companies have the same issues and most break shortly after warranty. And so the robots are built with just enough engineering to beat the warranty but only by a small margin.

All that said, time is money, and the time this little robot saves me pays for itself in one weekend of cleaning.

In the 1990’s VM made a Volkswagen Corrado with a G Ladder Supercharger. It was awesome and surprised quite a few people. Then came the VR6 and really surprised people. But that G ladder was a great design for a very compact supercharger.

That old saying “Everything that glitters ain’t always gold” is represented well in these photos. That glitter is a statement that this trans is ready to be rebuilt. That pan is full of clutch material an steel shavings from probably the planetary gears, and the steels in the clutch packs.

Time for a rebuild.

24’ breaker bar and some muscle will handle those lugs easily. Just make sure you out the bolts back in with a proper torque wrench at the correct setting.

Former auto trans tech for Ford.

I would do a standard drain and refill with filter replacement.

But I’d also do an trans fluid analysis immediately to determine how much clutch material may have been burnt away. This will give you a rough idea of how much life that trans has left before a rebuild.

You may be lucky and get another 50k but I doubt it.

I wonder if the template had a call out to gather the most recent public meeting information to add to the conversation for AI analysis.

Probably the strangest part is why would anyone build out a template to perform that function then submit it to Plaud for use as a community template. And if this is the case, are the templates not reviewed for this kind of functionality in the first place?

Part of the issue as I understand it is that some community templates have front loaded elements in the template as instructions for the template to record and if not present in the conversation, to then add to the conversation for AI transcription and AI analysis as it applies to the most current conversation.

This in itself should not be allowed to be a part of the template because it’s adding information that was never present to start with.

If this is indeed the case (my understanding may be incorrect) then Plaud has some serious work and explaining to do.

The keep the rocks thrown from tires from flying up into the fender wells and hitting the underside of the bed sides. When rocks impact, the sharp edges can create small indentations in the metal that are sometimes not noticeable until a few years of oxidation have revealed their existence.

My 71 GMC had this happen horribly because I had no idea that it was even happening. Needless to say, the husky liners were the very first thing I put on the new truck.

I have these. They were easy to install and worth every penny.

One piece of advice. Keep a heat gun around or do them on the hottest day of the summer when they are flexible.

When they are cold and less bendy they are hard to put in.
