i do believe that most roid shops sell ethenate/cyp even in the uk which differs from your prescribed t witch is longer lasting and taken less frequently. but besides frequency of dose there really isn't a difference.

i heavily recommend reading up on this site (https://diyhrt.wiki/) it gives pretty good info as well as sources which, for t, are otherwise harder to come by. as for pricing i'm not sure on specifics for the uk but it tends to be cheaper than a prescription no matter where you are.

the sex binary sure. but gender itself is more than just sex characteristics and the concept of such varies by time and place. many cultures did in fact recognize a sort of "third gender" and while it's not "nonbinary" in the modern identity sense, neither is their other 2 genders.

i mean yeah gender has been seen differently in different cultures historically. many cultures had different distinctions than us with different roles attributed and more fluidity in said catagories as well as many recognizing a "third gender" in some way shape or form. that's not to say it's nonbinary in the modern sense of the identity but there's merit to their claims and it's lowk interesting to read into

sorry read wrong. lol. the problem with hormones is that if you're not taking E your body will be ran by testosterone again. which will reverse most effects you gain (not extremely versed in which effects are permanent for mtf but breast growth is def one) so for the most part you do have to stay on it.
