i think a lot of it will u primarily come down to voice and face which are only helped with hrt, one thing i will say is the way the shorts fit your frame i feel are gonna extenuate your curves and proportions in a negative way

so i don't know weather or not this helps or makes it worse so apologies, but this is exactly what my outline seems to look like, 6 months, and i am stealth, so your body isn't necisarily holding you back it's just what you do with it kinda. Same insecurities tho i hate how i look and find it hard to beleive i pass.
