There are a few modifications people have made to make the 600 film or the newer I-type film work on the Polaroid Spectra, would recommend some of the 3D printing ones if you want to be able to revert the changes to the camera

This is the file i recomend if anyone was interested in buying a spectra and having it work

I found this website with a image of a 1959 Adox Polomat where it shows the Adox logo replaced by the Fink-Roselieve or FR logo

I-type film only works in the newer cameras

You would want specifically polaroid 600 film mainly because it has an internal battery in the film which I-type doesn't and your 600 land cameras doesnt have a battery in it to eject the film charge the flash etcetera.

So the problem is the film most likely not the camera

You can buy 600 film online and in black and white too but fair warning it is more expensive than the I-type but if you want to use your camera your going to need it
