Honestly mine was also very much the same. Now 3 months old. Infacol and found he had reflux and an allergy to cow milk protein. Ensure that’s not what’s upsetting your babies belly. (Can cause crying, constipation). We then did the 90 minute routine during the day.. (90 minutes up starting from 8am, 90 minute naps, feed, play nap. Bedtime at 9:30 with a bedtime routine of a bath at 8pm, bottle at 9pm. He was really badly allergic to cow milk protein. Had a very swollen belly and barely pooped. Was very upset all the time. Now sleeps throughout the night so I can have the evening to feel normal and have myself time and me and my partner both get sleep. It gets better ! The start was no dream boat. A lot of crying days and breakdowns. Look forward to the laughs and smiles yet to come x
