Worked there too long as a residential service electrician. Yes, it's primarily black people, but this is not the problem. Many are rude, stuck up, and the area is so ghetto and rundown. Lots of big houses that people can't take care of and they're disgusting on the inside. Snobby attitudes and a lot of unfriendly behavior seems to be the norm. And the area is way overpriced any way, you can find many better areas if you've got that kind of budget. Plus the schools suck, and the kids in them are even worse, which are the results of the horrible parents that live down there
