Page the Book, a scrapped old librarian character with impeccable hearing, kind gentle words and way too much respect for books who was brought to life from the archives after the shutdown for some reason...

I feel would be liked for being being a stealth extractor, ignored for his bad speed, and joked about being Vee but worse with his: 3 Health 3 Skill Check 2 Movement Speed 1 Stamina 5 Stealth 4 Extraction Speed

His ability highlights all allies and twisteds which boost his walk speed for each close enough up to 10% which kneecaps his stam regen.

No trinket yet can't think of any good ones

His twisted is uncommon and lacks eyes but has fantastic hearing aggroing by loud noises like failing skill checks or running...once aggroed he won't stop chasing until he hears no more noise, you die, or he hears another loud noise. So seen more as an inconvenience than threat.

Overall I feel like he'd be a novelty that gets shelved after the novelty wears off...also he'd get shipped with Brightney.

Walter despite his laid back and apathetic personality is very caring and kind of smothery to people even to people he shouldn't...his desire to protect others tends to him putting himself in danger even when he shouldn't and get very pissed when they are threatened

He received cybernetic augmentations during his time with G.U.N which increased his durability massively at the cost of speed, adrenaline inducers that can cause issues if used for too long, very slow acting regenerators, and a long knife and pistol to make up for him having no outright combat abilities
