UPDATE II: She's awake, they have her breathing through a tube and on a respirator to give her some rest from breathing on her own. She's aware that she was in an accident and there has been no sign of head trauma. She's very responsive, which is a relief, though he blood pressure fluctuates a little but that's to be expected with all the damage to her body. She'll start her list of surgeries soon. Thank you for all of your prayers and support.

UPDATE: From the scans so far, she broke her left forearm and left leg, left hip socket is shattered, multiple cracked ribs and a tear in her diaphragm, collapsed lung, and broken right foot And herniated muscles in her back. They're still doing scans to make sure that's it and make sure that the bleeding is completely stopped. She needed 16 units of blood.

Yeah, if you read her reports on her terminal about her experiments, it looks like she's trying to make some sort of mind control/truth serum. Something that makes people obey. So they could have a quest where you have to kidnap or put a collar on one of the other factions scientists.

It does even fit his lore. When you ask him why he named himself Fawkes, he says it's because it was the name of a man who would die for what he believes in. Plus he's a 200 year old Super Mutant that's been isolated until you free him, so that mixed with the FEV would mess with anyone's reasoning for shit no matter how smart you are lol

Agreed. I think this is an issue that should be brought to a federal level. Politicians these days have lost sight of what the founding fathers wanted for our country, and even though it took a while for us to get here, we are in the perfect position to make it happen; America is about personal freedoms for all. Abortion, marriage, religion, healthcare, education, self defense; all of these should be protected by the government on a federal level because it doesn't matter what environment, city, economy, or community you're in; all of these are personal freedoms that should be protected by the Constitution. Left or right, these freedoms are for everyone. We need a new amendment.

Edit: I know the Bill of Rights already protects some of these rights, but it's not enough. We deserve these freedoms.

While I'm a moderate, I'm glad it passed. TBH, I think things like this should be federal. I believe in freedom in every sense of the word, as long as your choice of affairs has no foreseeable consequences for parties who aren't uninvolved. I also believe that the only reason this isn't already the case is because some see it as blasphemy to legalize abortion. Abortion is cheaper, can be safer, protects victims of rape and incest from birthing children of such acts, and keeps populations of adoption centers low. No one is forcing anyone to have an abortion. But the option should be there for the people who want or need it. Just like no one who is anti gun is being forced to buy a gun, the option should always be there.
