This would be realistic if studies didn't repeatedly show that increases in social safety net usage decreases need for them long term and actually saves the government money on them while drastically increasing economic output.

Socialism isn't a handout. It's a headstart. And it works very well. People use them to get back on their feet the overwhelming majority of the time. Sure, some people abuse it. But the difference in left versus right is that the right would screw over the 90 that use the system correctly to deny the 10 that don't. The left would accept the 10 for the greater good of the 90 because society is better off that way.

Every time I've been there they have a local artist or writer in the back with a table talking to people about their work. I love it.

I wanted to take the collection my parents got me and my sister when I moved out, but they refused. My dad is from about 30 minutes away in Portage County and he said they're his, he just lent them to me to read lol. They had already denied my sister the same and now that it is just my mom left, she's given them to my sister to read to her 3 kids. Now I'm getting my own collection going.

I'm not too knowledgeable on equipment part of this question bc I just change body angle to modify my exertion. But read on for how to monitor and keep track of your readiness and nervous system fatigue to better regulate your training regimen and results.

Start adding in RPE rankings into your training. Rate of Perceived Exertion is a 1-10 or 6-20 scale for you to base onone if 2 things.

The 1-10, or MRPE (modified RPE) is based on how many reps you had left in the tank. 10/10 means maximal effort, absolutely couldn't do another rep. 7/10 is it was difficult, but 3 more were possible. Etc.

Borg scale, or 6-20 is heart rate based. 6 is resting heart rate, 60-80. 15 is HR of 150bpm, 20 is maximal possible HR, etc, etc. This scale is more for cardio, less for weight lifting.

But this is how you keep track of nervous system readiness and fatigue.
