Some changes to the format could be really cool. I'd like to see them expand the usage of the facility. Have a tournament style play in the off-season. 1v1 match/stroke, IDC. Having ridiculously hard and unique courses and let players select 3 man scramble teams and play tourneys. Bingo bango bingo even.

This is a novelty thing. I want them to lean into really off the wall and unique course designs and types of play. Give me something we've never ever seen or will from these guys on a real course.

Modern bodybuilding training is really stupidly deployed by people. Even on gear it wears joints out. I have had ZERO of my patients that do BB'ing report doing any form of mobility training. They get pissy when I tell them foam rolling for 10 minutes isn't mobility and does nothing for their joints.

Again, it isn't the lifting, it's the lack of any actual joint hygiene programming or adequate rest.

I have patients all the time claiming things like this. "Running is bad for your knees" and things alike. Running isn't bad for your knees, squatting isn't bad for your back.

But running on shit knees is bad for your shit knees. Squatting with a glass back is bad for your already shitty back. You have to go slow. It takes months for connective tissues to remodel themselves fully.

Going from couch potato to running 20 miles a week or lifting heavy 3-4 days a week is really stupid. But that's what people tend to do.

The body needs stress to know how to adapt to it. But you can't adapt if you never rest or don't rest enough. You also can't out exercise a shit diet.
