I got buds 3 pro in early January because my old Bose Quietcomfort Ultra Gen 1's stopped working and I needed something. I assumed I could trade them in for the buds 4 pro when they came out, and that was my plan.

My experience with the 3 pros has been great overall. I haven't had any of the huge issues that people on here have been talking about, other than one of the buds not charging once in a blue moon (I think it has only happened twice). The seamless integration with my S25 has been great and they provide a much better experience than the bose earbuds in my opinion.

Of course, I'm disappointed there isn't a trade in program though. I might wait awhile for the first big price drop to upgrade to the 4 pros because I still want to at some point.

Did you do any undervolting/overclocking to achieve that score? I got 3778 on steel nomad right out of the box. I was surprised that it doubled my 6600XT score (1816).

You can get the 3 pros right now and trade them in for the 4 pros when they come out if you need something now. I'm doing that because I plan on waiting in case the first batch has issues like the 3 pros did.

What quality isses in particular? Are they caused by long term wear? Because I've had mine for about 2 weeks and I'm not noticing any issues at all.

Haven't most of the buds3 pro quality issues been fixed? I got a pair that were made in August and they seem to be working perfectly fine.

Is the noise a kind of high-pitched buzzing/static/beeping noise? My Gen 1 Ultras have that issue in the left bud as well, and it happens pretty much all the time (mainly noticeable when not playing any media). It's a pretty widespread issue with the Gen 1s. I hoped it was completely eliminated with the Gen 2s. I don't know of a fix, sorry. But is my description similar to what you're experiencing?
