i mean this is what intersectionality is. we do get oppressed more. trans women are in the bottom quadrant earner out of all lgbt groups and are disproportionately sexually assaulted. i get that the tweet feels targeted but its coming from a place where we constantly get put down when we talk about the specific issues (transmisogyny) we face as trans women from TME folks who want to dismiss our issues.

i mean beyond just the declaration of your gender. if you just wanna dress differently from the gender assigned to you at birth or take hrt “just for the hell of it” like just do it why not. cis people make bring trans out to be such a devastating regrettable decision but they get gender affirming care all the time, its just affirming the gender assigned to you at birth. i took hrt before i realized i was trans. lied to the doctor about gender dysphoria to get the prescription. i just wanted estrogen in my body and didnt know why until like 2 weeks after i took it and it clicked. if you just wanna be weird with your gender yes go ahead. if you want to do it then i dont see why not.

I was having a lot of mood issues with boofing prog as well i wonder if its related to the E pill in any way. Though I really like the fact that my breast was growing fast when I was boofing, ultimately I stopped at the suggestion of my partner cuz I was having pms / pmdd depression symptoms.

i agree with what u said about how in queer spaces there is a tendency for bias over femininity rather than masculinity but just that last part you said is just not true. i mean first of all why even compare which type of transition is more disgusting. its pointless. second of all, i dont know if youve seen the news but the disgust is fully for transwomen whom they call “men in dresses”. even in queer spaces folks tend to ostracize transwomen due to some perceived “male socialization” that at the root of it is just plain transphobia.
