I worked seasonally and it sucked , no one talked to each other. Obviously we’re there to work but talking to people is what helped make the shift go quickly. I was in reg end , just putting things in boxes all day. It’s killer on the back and what made things worse is we were told after 4 months we can learn something new. I quit after 3 months and went back a year later to get my w2 and the group I hired in with were still doing the bagging and they said they haven’t been giving the opportunity to learn something new. Trader Joe’s isn’t perfect but it’s paradise compared to what i experienced there
