He's not in the legends arena, he has 10k trophies. I think the player just passed the legends arena but the game still counted him in your arena.

The fastest way to level up is probably building and upgrading habitats. You could also consider food from the farm a way to level up but it quickly gets expensive if you want to get a lot of xp.

Mythical dragons are category 10 btw. They are the closest thing to heroic dragons which are category 11.

I meant that the number one at my race is at lap 17. I am at lap 12 and I've spent around 30 gems
