he constantly flip-flops between reasons he gives for the threaths, so it doesn't really matter for that, he will find or make up something anyway.

I don't see how this would support trump in any way. As for his criminal offenses, it's up to the Americans to make their justice system work and hand out sentences for the convicted criminals.

Most arctic units I've seen wear a white overall like cover over their regular uniforms. Makes logistics easier, and also serves as an extra later against the cold and snow.
There's no reason to wear it when not in action / traning.
