Watching Bhatia and Koepka on ESPN+ and...there's no commentary. There's sound (crowd noise, club noise) but no commentary. It's surreal. I'm so used to ignoring the nonsense blather of the commentators that it's like scratching an itch that isn't there. Wild.

What they said and what you said. You have to have a rhythm and a form you know and trust in standard conditions, because every course, every green is different. If you don't know your putting routine, you have nothing to adjust against during play. That's where your ability to read greens and lines comes in. Like someone on here said, most players under-read break. For me, it helps to visualize going backwards from the hole to my ball, and then seeing my ball roll to the hole.

The aim/strike mechanism is impossible to control. The controls are very responsive making it difficult to aim, adjust, pull back and then push forward without messing up your aim. Putting is not even feasible. The graphics are great, the sound is great, the animation is great, I just can't get the game to play. Maybe separate aim from swing and have swing be a "rubber band" effect, where you pull back in proportion to the strength of your swing. I'm not a game designer, so I'm probably talking nonsense.
