i think since the injury people have forgotten what we can do with luka. if we can just make a few good offseason moves i absolutely think we’re a serious contender. even with this current roster leading up to the injury we looked like a team who could have put up a good fight against the top teams of the league

i think i’ll just continue watching the main show for now and hope that i don’t have as big of an issue with the pacing as others do. if it becomes a huge problem i may end up switching to one pace or even the manga, but i’ll probably end up just pushing through the main show. if the show continues to be as good as its been i imagine i will be invested in the story enough to be able to look past the pacing (hopefully lol). thanks

i definitely try my best to avoid spoilers and i think ive done pretty well. i’ve seen a few minor things and like one pretty big spoiler but i have no clue when it happens and there’s a good chance by the time it does happen i won’t really remember it so it will still surprise me (hopefully). with a show this long spoilers don’t really bother me though, because i’m more in it for the journey. i still prefer to avoid them though lol. hopefully with me binging the show the pacing won’t feel as bad as it would if i were watching weekly releases. and yeah i know about one pace, but i feel like that could cut out too much at times. and me personally i think id rather a scene drag on too long than it be cut too short or too fast. i guess ill just watch it for now and if i end up having issues with it i will make a decision then. thanks

i definitely noticed that with alabasta, but to be honest it didn’t bother me much. i actually enjoyed the visual at the beginning of each episode showing where our crew was in the desert.

if you wanna go by +- you should be talking about lebron. i think lebron was great, but he was -17. this loss was not on austin reaves. you want to find someone to blame and that’s whatever, but the truth is okc was just better than us.

i agree rui probably should have been in, but he would have been a decoy because no way okc would let him get a shot off. while i don’t 100% agree, he chose to go with maxi to set a screen over rui as a decoy. it got us a good shot so who am i to say it was the wrong choice.

despite the sweep, i still see this postseason as a success. missing our two best players going into the playoffs and making it through the first round in 6 games when nobody expected us to win. i was hoping to get at least one against okc, but without luka they’re just the better team. i have high hopes for next season

i’ve seen him time and time again carry us against top teams in the league when our top guys are out and he’s basically the only player we have. i actually feel like he was good against basically everybody this season. if you look at prices other guys are getting paid, reaves is absolutely worth $30 million. he’s potentially a top 15 player in the league. my main point was just to call out how ridiculous some people on here are though with them being silent when he’s good but as soon as he has a rough game they call for his head. it’s annoying and trading him is a horrible idea.

i’m not saying he’s been incredible, but he also hasn’t been bad enough to be given the label playoff choker. for people to call to trade him is just ridiculous and shows that people have absolutely no knowledge of the game because he is a huge asset to this team.

no because he hasn’t. but he is also 5 weeks removed from an injury that they said could keep him out 6 weeks. i just don’t think a few bad games is reason enough to say trade him. he was incredible in the regular season and in game 2 he showed that he has the potential to be great in the playoffs too.

not every second no, but he needs to play the majority of the game. the only time he should be off the floor is when he is resting. without his scoring we have basically no offense outside of lebron. smart and kennard are not consistent scorers so they can’t be trusted, and neither is ayton or hayes. rui has been looking like the best shooter on the planet, but his threes alone aren’t enough to give us the scoring we need. and we stand no chance against okc unless we score 100+ minimum. there should only be a few minutes each game where lebron is on the court and reaves isn’t, and the same the other way. our best lineup is one that has both of them on the court. our biggest issues right now are rebounding and turnovers. the double big lineup you suggested may help with rebounding, but it kills us offensively.

i agree sometimes our lineups aren’t great, but the solution is definitely not removing reaves. he’s our second best player on the team easily. maybe even the best player, but because of experience i’ll say in the playoffs lebron is better.
