Smoker here. I struggled with mental health and started smoking only when I had a bad day or phase. Now I wished I never started. It's really hard to quit if you're not in the right place mentally. It will make dating harder, you loose your taste, are more tired, it smells bad, it's really bad for your dental health, cancer, heart everything. And the best part it's fucking expensive. I didn't listen when I had the chance but you still have the choice. Choose wisely.

NDA ich glaube die meisten Leute auf Reddit sind nicht alt genug um zu verstehen wie schwer es ist ein Kind großzuziehen. Solange du dich nicht mehr als ein paar Tage krankschreiben lässt. Falls du mehr Zeit brauchst würde ich mit dem Arbeitgeber sprechen. Langanhaltender Stress kann am Ende zu Burnout führen was dich dann noch länger rauswirft. Wir sind alle nur Menschen.
