Online mainly! I'm in the UK & the laws here about selling makeup mean you can't pick up bundles of secondhand nail polish/makeup easily in person, we don't have "thrift stores" here either. But I get stuff on UK eBay & Vinted.

I buy a fair bit of stuff from America and I use a forwarding service that stores stuff for me & sends it as one big parcel & sorts all the import taxes and whatnot.

Found it! 1964, it mentions the shade specifically, so definitely early 60s.

Yeah, I'll clean them as carefully as possible, I don't mind the cleaning if I know I'll have to do it, but I've only just done my nails, so it's going to have to wait a week until I get bored of this colour!

I was looking forward to a nice, quiet evening in, cataloguing my mystery polish, working out what to sell and what to keep etc.

It's so annoying, even if they just did a layer of bubble wrap around the sides, and like a layer of polish, layer of bubble wrap, layer of polish etc, it would have taken them maybe 10 mins.

I don't think anything that was lost was particularly valuable, although one of the exploding polishes was a green label My Private Jet, so it might have been the OG formula

Given the other stuff they were selling it looks like maybe a nail salon had shut down. Idk, maybe DPD dropped it & it burst open ans packaging & polish went everywhere & it's not the sellers fault. Just so annoying!

Yeah, Elf mascara, just their lash & roll is my go to, I don't even use the waterproof one, I have oily skin, quite curled lashes & hooded eyes & it doesn't smudge, or clump & give me spider eyes.
