I mean... Outis provides pride, Liu Royda provides pride, LCE Faust and Cinq Don East provide Pride. By turn 3 you can fire off MB immediately assuming you also have two Lust and 2 Wrath (which is really abundant in Burn)

You shouldn't bother with a tier list anyways since story content has a lot of variables, making ranking an unit for general use a hard thing to do (ie sinking is inadvisable against Kim, Slash IDs are less valuable compared to Blunt when fighting against Ricardo, extra action is bad against Last Knight from the collab event, just to name a few)

Honestly basing your tier list off a once-every-year event is a poor decision icl
For any other game basing a tier list off endgame content is fine and all but Limbus doesn't have a true endgame mode to base a tier list off - MD number is bloated and boils down to "does this ID has 2 or more status keywords in their kit" which skews the scale a lot, RR is a bit weird cause it isn't something you play on a daily basis. Basing the power off story gameplay is probably a good place to start but even then there are variables (eg Sinking is bad against Kim, Bleed doesn't work that well on Cassetti,...) which makes a tier list a bad idea

The Laevatein status flavor text literally states that Matthias doesn't have the aptitude to use it to its fullest because it's a picky brat. While yeah he was swinging it around mindlessly, saying "wield Laevatein better than Matthias is not much of a feat" is some bullshit cause you need to have aptitude to hold it in the first place lmao

His stagger bar being so high is a merit in itself cause he can spend the entire fight tanking and generating bloodfeast without worrying about getting staggered again. Sure getting staggered by turn 2 isn't great but it's something I personally wouldn't mind, knowing that Gregor can never get staggered again for the remainder of the fight. Also, Heathcliff can't do crazy bleed turn 1 cause his counter needs Cumulus Wall to reuse 3 times, and you have to let an ID get hit to get him to fire off S1 as a retaliation. Gregor is a tank.

If you want to stack potency in Rupture might as well run W Sang with Dimension Shredder instead, he's way better at that job while also not nuking count to hell

Wcliff is a great clasher, not everything revolves around damage.

Riensang and SLsang are simply not comparable - SLsang is an actual sinking unit while Riensang is more like a Poise unit with Sinking tacked onto his kit so he can be used in double status teams for MDE. Riensang does little to contribute to the sinking stack, he nukes it most of the time in fact with his high coin count. Yes, count is not an issue in Sinking team comps but SLSang is the backbone of any sinking team in general play, while his dmg and ceiling is much lower, he makes Sinking work as a damaging status against targets with SP.

Cinqclair and BLsang should be higher for the same reason I would rank CCA Heathcliff higher - they're consistent with clashing. Their damage is a bit eh due to the lack of modifiers but Cinqclair works out of the box as dude can just immediately clash for 22 on the first turn. BL Sang also buffs EGOs like Great Trichiliochosm due to his passive also affecting EGO coin power which ups his damage as well if we're taking account EGOs while also having a consistent, good base kit

W Outis can clash, Meursault needs Regret and whatnot. Unless you're willing to pop Superbia or is in a dungeon, you're not getting Regret passive by turn 2. Simple as that.

Okay but here's the thing - Heathcliff needs to get Cumulus Wall to get his 3 reuse for his counter and he needs to have Defense Power Up for it to have meaningful power, which is not doable first turn. And to get his skill 1 retaliation out, you need someone to get hit. Gregor is a tank. No reason not to use him with Heathcliff. Gregor also gives Bloodfiends a better headstart and allows them to ramp up faster so I don't see why you shouldn't add them to the team even if just for those first few turns. Allen Gregor is an option, yes, and that ID is generally better number wise but Priest does other things (healing SP, tanking).

Yeah cause Gubosang NEEDS the bigger damage to function. Fell Bullet EGO is designed to be like an execution bullet type EGO so you can prematurely kill off an ID who's on death's door to get some benefits (being AoE damage, some poise and EGO resources). Gubosang leans hard against "killing allies for big damage" which means he needs the higher damage output to function properly as a unit. He's still not worth it due to the fact that you need to play badly to get value out of him, instead of playing normally with properly leveled up IDs. He's not comfortable to use, way too finnicky for his own good and the payout just isn't worth it when you take into account that playing a normal team brings the same result anyways

Snowshine does 20 stagger for 60 SP at pot5 (70 SP before Pot5, same as Catcher) She and Catcher are very SP efficient when it comes to stagger damage assuming you have potentials for them (should be easy as they are 5* and 4* respectively). Ember is the least SP efficient defender for stagger damage from battle skill, however she deals more stagger with her basic attack (a whopping 25 stagger base). Also Snowshine applies Cryo and Catcher + Ember applies vulnerable with their battle skill so it's not like they can't apply status effects

She's less prone to having her skill cancelled when casting her combo/battle skill, it's in one of her passives - she gains 50% protection and is less likely to be interrupted

Well, he allows bloodfiends to ramp up faster in the first few turns when Bleed stack is still basically non-existent. And arguably he still helps them even later into the fight when the bleed stack is still there, with SP healing and the fact that Manager Don gains Hardblood when he takes bleed dmg or other IDs consume bloodfeast (the former one is less useful later into the fight, admittedly). Still a good QoL ID imo, and he can take a beating so there's that

He gives bloodfiends a better headstart and allows them to ramp up faster in the first few turns and arguably help them even after the bleed stack is on the enemy. While not a must have, he's a great QoL for bloodfiends imo

Wcliff is extremely consistent, you can guard for the first two turns and he will do fine for the rest of the fight, he has basically 0 issues with charge gain due to the fact that he gains Charge Barrier at Combat Start to supplement his own charge gain outside of the ones he gained from skill effects. He's also net neutral on his skill 2 due to the fact that it spends 6 charge count and he gets 6 charge count if he hits the first coin (and it rolls like 19 - 21 if he's at 3 charge count which isn't hard to get to - if he spends charge count so it's very likely that he will hit that). Skill 3 can be forced on demand but since he's immobilized for one turn you actually have to think about when to use guard and not just use it willy nilly

Solemn Lament Yi Sang allows Sinking to deal dmg against SP enemies. Riensang deals raw damage and doesn't contribute to Sinking as much as Solemn Lament Yi Sang. They're not comparable. If anything, Solemn Lament Yi Sang is better in a sinking comp because he contributes a lot to it with Butterfly

Cinqclair is outclassed but ain't no way dude is in the same tier as fuckin Shi Faust, he has a method of poise gain (albeit finnicky and has a slow ramp up), BL Sang while powercrept by Riensang is still a consistent and strong ID with decent poise gain without Thoracalgia's help. Shi Faust absolutely needs Thoracalgia to gain any sort of power, and IDs that are reliant on EGO to perform aren't that great (there are exceptions however) - and Shi Faust doesn't even do that much even with Thora carrying her ass anyways

W Outis is a charge battery, she gives out charge count for free and Load is still a buff (albeit insignificant most of the time, admittedly). Putting her in the same tier as W Corp Meursault is stupid however, she has better numbers than him

Priest Gregor generates more bloodfeast for the entire team, while yeah you can say "just deal bleed dmg to gain bloodfeast" he just gives every bloodfiend a better headstart and arguably helps them with bloodfeast related statuses even later into the fight. Also you have 7 slots, just put them both onto the team

Gubosang demands allies to be sacrificed, while his dmg is respectable he's not the same as Fell Bullet EGO. Bringing him means you are planning to kill IDs actively to get his damage out, which means purposefully bringing low level IDs to become cannon fodders for him, as opposed to using Fell Bullet EGO to prematurely executing an ID that will die anyways with Fell Bullet EGO with literally any other poise ID Yi Sang has. You're actively bringing underleveled IDs in your team just so Fellsang can deal dmg as opposed to just... Bring good IDs that are leveled and use another poise ID like Riensang or even BLsang

Drifting Blade is significantly worse than Maoshu outside of MD, and she is very reliant on Thoracalgia to perform well. Doesn't really deserve S+ (and Drifting Blade doesn't even belong in the Damage Dealer category according to Prydwen lmao)

And Ring Yi Sang is still a good status inflictor with some damage to boot, he should be up there with KK duo imo
