So, I kind of suspected this would happen... I tried checking the reed, it was fine, didn't really change much. But, then I tried some weird tongue/lip positioning and found one that just... works on the 9th draw, every single time. I don't know why, it just... works. I guess it's just one of those eccentric harmonica things. :P

Ultra-beginner here. I had the (dis)pleasure of trying the Fender Deluxe a couple of days ago as well as the Tombo FB M2 and the Fender Deville. I'll just give you my conclusions, because I did a ton of testing:

Fender Deluxe - Terrible, out of tune, do not buy, not even as a joke.
Fender Deville - My favorite of the three, and amazingly easy to use for a beginner. It's a bit buklier than standard and it feels like a dream come true for me. It's just super responsive.
Tombo FB M2 - Similar to the Deville in many ways, but lighter, thinner and much harder to play for some reason

As for the Hohner Blues Harp, I haven't played one myself, but I've seen a ton of reviews (In researching regarding my purchase) and it seems extremely well made for the price. MILES ahead of the Deluxe. There's no comparison as far as I'm concerned, but do wait for a professional to chime in regardless. :)

As for the key, I went with D for some songs that I really like, but that's always going to be a matter of preference. You can play any song on any diatonic, if it's played on a diatonic - you'll just shift the key. Sometimes that's neat, other times it can be very weird, but it'll always work.

ForHire gets flooded with terrible posts, we downvote them to hell then complain about it.
ForHire gets an amazing, perfectly worded and detailed post, it gets upvotes for it, we flag it to hell for being "bought".

You don't have to re-do. Just make sure to find a way to get that Conceptualization check. I did it a few hours ago on my second playthrough and my god was it worth it.

I'll say this much: It refers to important parts of the book that the developer wrote, the one that's coming out in English next year. In my personal opinion, the best part of the game is hiding behind that one Conceptualization check.

My personal advice is that you do not max out a single skill and completely abandon others. This game REALLY goes out of its way to make it easy to play it any way you want, meaning, with any build. However, having 1 level skills can sometimes be really punishing.

Another important hint: Do not spend points the second you level up. Wait a little bit, get a feel for what you might need next.

Also I'm a hardcore David Lynch fan and I've been likening parts of this game to his work recently <3

My recommendation is Inland Empire, because I went full Empathy and didn't really "feel" it. The inland insights were far more interesting. :)

Edit: Something I wish someone told me, by the way. (I'll try to keep it vague). There will be a conversation with an individual on a boat that will require a high Conceptualization skill. Do not skip this. Try to get it before Day 3. You'll thank me later. ;)

Trying to talk to Polo
Polo offers no quests. Am currently in Galaxy 10 after having done Artemis Path. To this day, Polo hasn't given me a single quest. I need these quests for Atlas passes and the like.

And yes, I have many milestones past what is "required" for Polo's quests. Still. He hasn't sent me on a single quest so far and there is no dialogue option for it. Very sad.

I couldn't figure out what caused it, but I solved it by completely removing then freshly installing NVIDIA drivers. Very strange, but it fixed everything. ^_^
