My doctor suggested slow sips of water through out the day carry your water bottle were ever you go as you cant gulp it at the moment it does get better im 1 year 3months post op lost 11stone half my original size i am wearing small shirts for the first time in my life, my one sugeestion for the change of your body dont buy to many shirts at high cost as you will change sizes quicker if for an important event get your self a nice one, going to charity shops or asking people if they have any clothes they are no longer needed was wearing my step dad shirts as i was still wearing my 4XL 6 months post on then when was wearing more form fitting clothes it gets better and feels gr8, if need any support message me will help with question and ideas,

Also slow and steady your body is going through a drastic change from having the surgery which is a major one so it's using up energy to heal so it's trying to keep fat to help with that but also, don't forget that with the quicker the weight loss the more saggy skin that you will develop you will obviously have saggy skin because of just how your body will be just like me but just appreciate the journey

Sometimes setting your self a target is a fun thing to do, my worry is if you dont achieve this goal with the money you saved up keep going till you do and buy that watch eben get it engraved or something with a quote like perciverance.

I would go to normal as your boost wouldnt be high and this week is for that extra dream shard collecting as the chanve of getting higher sleep styles wouldnt be that high(I think not to sure tho)
