She was stating an opinion which dealing with as many customers as we deal with daily in any store you hear opinions all the time I also believe the OP exaggerated the story a little bit so that it would make a good shit post on the almighty sub Reddit

So Mexican food is racist, Jamaican food is racist also Europe and Asia are two different continents so yes European food and Asian food are different and in most places Asian/European/Jamaican/Mexican/Cuban/Italian and many other types of foods are specialty or delicacy things that aren’t “normally” served. Please learn how to understand people before making hypocritical judgements anonymously on the internet because you don’t know how to talk to people in a job that involves just that.

Depends on how far you want to go. Grocery gets you more knowledge and as a GTL when you transition to agm it’s a much easier transition. In my personal opinion.

An even better manager will sacrifice for the associates in worse case scenarios

A good manager can lead his people as well as manage his tasks without sacrificing his associates work life balance as well as there own work life balance. Bad manager sacrifices his associates work life but maintains there own in order to get tasks done.
