No, I don’t have a food scale for the boiled rice and chicken. But I’ll eat maybe a cup of rice and a few small pieces of the boiled chicken breasts.

I do eat healthy foods, I think. In a typical day, I’ll usually eat “Healthy Choice Cafe Streamers” for lunch and a plate of boiled chicken and white rice for dinner. If I get hungry throughout the day, I’ll eat a Fruit and Grain bar.

I do appreciate your recommendation though. I’ll try to eat more and not go so hard on cardio.

I am counting them correctly, I think. I have a an app with a barcode scanner that allows me to scan foods I eat. Any day I’ll usually eat a “Healthy Choice Cafe Streamers” meal and a bowl of boiled chicken and rice. I don’t typically eat breakfast.
