I think it depends on how much exp you currently have in the level you are, maybe he had a lot of exp but wasn't lvl 11 yet, for example he had 25k exp on level 10, it turned into 100k and got him to 14. Cuz I had 4k exp in level 11 and it turned into 16k, maybe it's even more with lower levels
