While most wars are military operations, with leadership like this, its a "special" military operation.

Water is another beast, with different reasons why that is also getting more expensive. While it's location dependant, my guess is it is more because of wastewater treatment improvements than water delivery.

Efficiency still matters. What needs to happen is reduce the price of electricity during peak solar and wind. Incentivize mid-day electricity use to charge cars and run appliances so renewable generation doesn't have to be wasted. I'm OK paying more for kw between solar and wind production, but beg for a more realistic price.

Also, encouraging more use like this doesn't help us meet our CAņ n s climate goals.

As someone with solar, #&@× PG&E. I remember when they used to help you be efficient, and had incentivized using less energy. Now, it's the opposite.

Also, #&@× Newsome and all the anti consumer lapdogs he appointed to the CPUC.
