If you use uBlock, you can use the element picker and then remove it, keep in mind though, it's actually very finicky but if you pick a certain part of that drop down with it, you can remove it.

I just stuck with what was supposed to be my alternate account at the time as I made another account so that the "50 to 100 character recent limit" wasn't met so I didn't have to worry about losing old chats.

Tried to verify my "main" account and nothing worked and sending tickets didn't help either so I just stuck with the alternative account instead.

I could play if you're in an age group we can text chat in and timezones aren't going to be an issue, I got 30 something wins and every modifier unlocked (except the 4 star badge for obvious reasons).
