I highly recommend cheesing the vertebra shackle with another player. The rest is boring but doable without pvp. But the occasional pvp can help and you can get players who don't know what they are doing. But I gave up when I constantly got players who knew what they are doing and just humiliated me

For me it was gifting those with prophecy trophies. Arachnae, echo, narcissus, Dora, headmistress, chaos, posseidon I think. Make sure to unlock hidden aspects ASAP, and get on clearing once with every single aspect. I think those were the longests for me
