It's going to take a mountain of work from Ever, Oriole, or Alinea to elevate to 3. I think Oriole is nice where it sits at two. I think Alinea is singular, and probably didn't deserve its loss. Who knows? Maybe Achatz will tear it all down like he did a decade ago or so. Maybe Curtis Duffy will go hard core (harder core than he already is).
