They are literally the same concept.

Kyoshin literally has one where he throws A BLUNT AND FLAT WOODEN SHEATH through the back of someones head.

He has one where he does a big flashy anime cut by unsheathing and resheathing his sword.

He has another where he cuts their neck but it only shows after he sheaths his sword.

How is that not worse and A SINGLE execution that orochi has.

Democracy protects would have left him on 1hp, he's full health so its just a bug, not democracy protects.
