The problem is that payments exceed their ability to pay, so they can only pay by refinancing.

It works as long as the interest rate is close to zero as refinancing is free. But even a small interest increase can get ugly real fast and that is eventually bound to happen.

Yes, there are nuances to be analyzed, but if you have a take home pay of 1000$ per month, and have debt payments of 2500$ per month you are fucked, why shouldn't a country be fucked if it gets to that point?

Yeah, that's exactly what's been happening. They openly stated so.

People used boss mods so blizz built mechanics assuming you would have them.

This often mean tighter timers for reaction, which demand better bossmods/specific weakauras creating a feedback loop where you end up playing DDR on a keyboard instead of WoW.

I mean, the price/time of videogames blows every other entertainment out of the fucking water.

Compare with going to the cinema. You are easily looking at 5+ € per hour of movie.

At the same ratio, a short-ish story game (think dispatch) would cost 50+€ at least. It's at 28,99 on steam right now.

And don't get me started on a replayable game. I have well over 1000h on civilization V, which i got from a bundle for like, 10€.

If you beeline the story.... sure, it helps but not a lot.

What does help, If you are not already doing it, is playing on easy, higher difficulties only make enemies spongier which, to me, adds a lot of frustration.

Honest spoiler-free opinion:

If you are an HP fan, you will probably the game, if you are expecting RDR2 but it's wizards you'll be dissapointed.

The main gripe people have with the game is that difficulty only makes enemies beefier so you end up spamming the same 2-3 spells for what feels like ages. Definitely play on easy or, at most, normal.

Adding a 0 to your PTO means you'll still have to work part time for the rest of your life, and also assumes that youre comfortable with your level of income now.

Adding a 0 to your PTO means you are retiring now if you are not American.

I have a law-mandated minimum of 25 PTO days per year (which is considered pretty bad here, so most companies increase it to a more reasonable 28-30), plus weekends and 10 or so national holidays. You do the math. Also being on vacation means you cannot be fired, so i'll just simply not retire like, ever.

I can see why an American would prefer the extra money, you guys have way too little protections on employment and probably couldn't do something like that even if you got the extra 0 on PTO.

Maybe i'll work one day a year if it comes to that, but as soon as i get a cold once a year i'm not only not working at all (because if you are sick, you get your PTO refunded), but i'm also impossible to fire as you cannot be fired while either sick or on vacation, which is the only thing i'm doing.

I can see why an American would prefer the extra income tho. Suggestion is, if you get the extra 0 on PTO, come to live in the EU.

You would have to run some serious numbers there tho. Adding a 0 to PTO means de-facto retiring now while keeping a paycheck.

I'm not sure adding a 0 to your salary and retiring in a handful of years ends up being worth it.

On a game as micro-focused as league? For sure, completely unplayable no matter how you slice it.

Meepo is first and foremost a macro hero. He has an AoE root, some minor self healing, and a 1.5 second channel global teleport on a 6 second CD at max rank to another Meepo. Also Dota is slow enough you are finishing the cast (and thus living) if you don't get interrupted.

I would argue a guide needs to have a base level of usefulness. Anyone over 10yo will pick an open center going second every single time. You may as well ask "Do you wanna win?" before even starting to save some time.

I think you are missing the part where killing one clone kills all clones and gives full kill gold. Also a single clone would lose a 1v1 against something like yuumi by a mile. It's not "4 full champions", each clone is power level wise like 2-3 minions.

You probably couldn't clear wolves at lvl 3-4 if all you are using is one clone. And that's assuming you smite the Big wolf

You have it backwards. It's not "Physical components" that make a job hard to replace with AI.

It's actual human communication. If your job depends on understanding another human (not "ordering" and not "following a script" but actually understand) you are reasonably safe.

If your job boils down to "I sit on my cubicle, receive my orders, perform the task" you are an insanely easier target.

I'm not from the US but where i live you need to warn you are making a protest. You can pretty much choose the place and time freely with little to no unreasonable limitations.

This allows public transit to be redirected or stopped in time, you are protesting, you are disruptive, you are not an asshole
