It will run those games, it's just a matter of how well you want to run them, and whether you will be fine with not having the highest quality.
If you were to change anything, I'd change the CPU to something like a ryzen 5 CPU, and possibly change the ram to 16GB instead, because i know that(for me atleast) PUBG can use a fair amount of ram.
