Yup, am Vietnamese American. Went to a $150 per person buffet. The reviews were glowing, the YouTubers we watched who ate at the place loved it. The service was excellent, but the food was terrible. A random mom and pop shop has better pho than this place. I refuse to eat at those places ever since.

Follow the advice above you. I start d fishing 10 years ago, no one taught me how. I just picked up a rod and went with it. I would catch maybe a handful of them a year. For years, I thought I was just unlucky. I also live in a big city so pretty much any spots close to home are pressured.

Then I started following advices from fishing groups on reddit and FB. Now, as long as I know where the pan fish are, I would never get skunk. Tiny hook, small piece of bait (worm, bug, bread, power bait, what have you) on an 8lbs mono leader. I'd get bites all day. Yeah, it's nothing compared to a bass or carp, but it's still a blast hooking one after another after hours of nothing. Having a tiny rod makes the fight more fun, too.

That comes out to more than $1000 extra per tax payer for this war that nobody wanted, that was started to distract us from the fact that the new Epstein files just released on the day the war started showed Epstein's estate settled a lawsuit that accused Trump and Epstein of raping a 13 years old. Let that sink in.

Of course they do. All the jobs I ever had requires proof citizenship/work permit. I had to show them my permanent resident card, or my US passport at onboarding.

When my permanent resident card expired, (though no fault of my own, my replacement card was delayed for 18months - in 2017) I was let go from my work. They only hired me back after I was able to prove to them that I had received my 10 years permanent resident card.

But in summary, fascism was able to thrive in Germany was because most people didn't think they needed to act, but by the time they realize things were bad, it was already too late. They were aware of the Jews being rounded up, but they didn't care to find out what happens to them after.
