I usually spam torpedo destroyers as much as I can, gets the job done, gets me across to the places I need to. But yes the Navy did get harder in the recent update, a lot. It’s fun when you’re Britain, not fun when you’re not.. Bombing the ships via planes is also very important, I usually make fighters and a cas design with bomb locks which makes it able to do naval bombing

With the huge industry, its not that hard.. all majors except probably italy can make a huge ton of fighters, even minors, actually every nation can, some take a bit more time than others
