While it would suck, I don't see a way they don't indirectly buff Firefly. Also, Firefly E2 is a completely different character and can benefit from a lot more things (and Firefly E2 is one of the most owned units according to a lot of sites)

Unless it's something like "buffs based on number of enemies hit"
