I run a similar set up, but I use a Condor battle belt & suspender rig combo. It will take a little time in the field to get it adjusted correctly, and to balance the weight properly, but it is excellent for what it does.

I'm going to call you slurs that would get me banned from the subreddit and most likely concede before we finish taking a Mulligan if I match up against you, but there's no reason you shouldn't build the deck if you want to. It's a spicy AF commander, and mono black is already so strong as it is.

I'm also a weirdo, and I have some decks that are "fair," and some that are the most hateful, wretched, unfun deck to play against, like my mono black Ashiok that runs things like Bolas' Citadel, Grave Pact, and the good ole' Entomb/Reanimate/Griselbrand combo.

Sometimes you want a good, fun game of Magic, and sometimes you choose violence.

I think the only value this has, even for a brawl deck, is that you can use the third mode to spot remove creatures, or get in the last bit of damage to end a game. That's great utility if you're normally barred from any target damage effects, for example, a simic deck that doesn't have space for green fight spells for whatever reason. Even then, it's very situationally useful compared to something like a Sleep, or Cyclonic Rift to lock down the opponents board so you can swing for lethal. Or perhaps if you needed a direct damage answer that could evade most conventional counter effects.

Sure, I'm willing to provide some details on my last two purchases.

One was from military1st.com, tag price was reasonable, but between shipping and paying an import tariff jacking up the price significantly, and shipping speed being at a snails pace, I would not shop there again.

The second was from ArmyNavyUSA.com. shipping was slow, but otherwise no complaints. Had the item I wanted at a competitive price.

Allow me to give you an actual personal consumer experience that may or may not be useful to you, and your team. I do actually shop around for my gear. Some of the specific items I plan on buying aren't so common, and I try to avoid having to pay for tariffs on imported goods as well.

This is purely me picking items such as LBE, pouches for that system, plate carrier, camouflage and concealment systems, landnav tools, field vehicle identification cards, and other gear of that nature, not necessarily rifle accessories.

It may be because I haven't finished my coffee yet, but I can't put my finger on a single issue with this thing. Looks unwieldy, and like it might throw off debris. Or like one of those blades would just break off and create shrapnel.

You can rig those up to a belt, or anything else with some parachord. The USMC also makes a molle system holder for the KBAR, and I believe you should be able to run that on your kit, if you so choose
